Dietary Accommodations

We use reasonable procedures to accommodate dietary requests, but we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergens or cross-contact.

Because our kitchen operates as a unified culinary space, cross-contact with flour, dairy, nuts, and shellfish is possible. For convenience, our menus designate dishes as Gluten-Aware (GF), Vegetarian (V), and Vegan (VG). Please inform your server of any allergies before ordering.

Major Allergens Statement

Our kitchen routinely handles and prepares dishes containing the following major allergens:

  • Wheat & Gluten: Fired daily in our hardwood oven (fresh pizzas, bread puddings, pastas).
  • Dairy: Butter, cream, and cheeses are core ingredients in many bistro dishes.
  • Shellfish & Fish: We regularly prep wild Alaskan oysters, scallops, cod, and salmon.
  • Tree Nuts & Peanuts: Used in select dressings, desserts, and kitchen preps.
  • Eggs & Soy: Core components in house-made dressings, sauces, and batters.
  • Sesame: Present in select garnishes and bread ingredients.
